Citra games randomly freeze after some play time

Issue:
After playing any game on citra after a while the game will freeze with the speed going down to 0% the frame rate going down to 0 with the frame saying nan ms this happens with multiple games and ive updated all the drivers i can to solve the issue and it still happens.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

It seems you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading citra_log.txt which would clear the log. Redo the steps to get a new log and make sure you have started the game and reach the issue in-game before you close Citra. You can also upload citra_log.txt.old.txt.

You should Google “NO DC watermark” and learn how to get rid of it. You can see it in your screenshot in the top left corner.

Set it back to 100%. 350% makes emulation unstable. It is most likely why you get freezes.

Please set your CPU Clock Speed back to 100% in Emulation>Configuration>System. As the clear warning under this setting tells you, you shouldn’t be messing with this unless you know what you’re doing.
