The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics

This driver is out of date. To update, download win64_25.20.100.6373.zip from Legacy Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10
Mirror download: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28289/a08/win64_25.20.100.6373.zip

Then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Now you should be able to install the latest DCH drivers directly:
Download and install gfx_win_101.3790_101.2114.exe from Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers
Mirror download: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/751359/gfx_win_101.3790_101.2114.exe

I tried to do that, After successully installing the Driver (I did restart my Laptop after installing the Driver), I tried to start a game but it still get Not Responding…

Is it possible that it will work if I tried to play in an older version of Citra??? Because it did worked in the older versions, And if yes, how do I get the older version?

Please upload a new log file with the updated drivers.

Help! Citra still gets not responding…

Go to File>Open Citra Folder. Then open up the shaders folder and delete the opengl folder found here. Now try your game again.
