Issue:
I been searching for a solution but no one solved it, I try to update my drivers but doesn´t work

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home Basic
  • CPU: Intel core i3 7100U
  • GPU: HD Graphics 620
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly
  • Game: Pokemon Sun

Go to Emulation > Configure > Debug and change ‘Global Log Filter’ from *:Critical to *:Info
and reupload your log.

your log still doesn’t contain info about the fatal error. open citra, launch your game, when it crashes close citra, don’t open again at this point, open the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\log and upload your log.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

^ Your ROM is corrupted. You’ll need to redump your game. Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.
