"citra has stopped korking" black screen

when the game starts, the screen is black ever, then “citra-qt.exe has stopped working” and citra closes, I don´t know why. Sorry for my bad english

In order to save a copy of the log, follow this guide:

Change log filter from *:Critical to *:Info then reproduce the issue, close Citra(don’t reopen) and upload the log again.

It still says only Critical :confused: please double check, show a screenshot like I did above what your filter is set to.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
This driver is very old(from 2013).

  1. Update Windows 8 to Windows 8.1: https://support.microsoft.com/es-es/help/15288/windows-8-update-to-windows-8-1

  2. Download the latest drivers from https://www.amd.com/es/support/apu/amd-series-processors/amd-a4-series-apu-for-desktops/a4-4000-radeon-hd-7480d
    Get the Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta version for Windows 8.1 64-bit.
