In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

But i have this made, but i dont know where is the support post.

#4

you can upload your log on pastebin.com
after you do that, copy the url from pastebin and share here.

that’s what you need to do, but instead of posting your problem on pastebin, post your log.
open citra, open your game, if a problem occurs but citra doesn’t crash do the following:

on the top menu go to emulation > configure > debug and click on the Open Log Location button, that will open a folder with a file named citra_log, open that file, select everything, copy that and post on pastebin and share the url.

but if citra crashes you won’t be able to do that because next time you open citra, citra will delete the old log, so right after citra crashes, you need to manually locate the folder, which is in: C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\Citra\log
where your_username is your login on your windows os. now you can open citra_log, copy and paste all of it on pastebin and share the url.

your log shows that you are using a microsoft basic driver, which does not support the minimum OpenGL 3.3 which citra requires, although your pc may support, could you post your pc specs: cpu, windows version etc…

you can learn you cpu spec by pressing (key with the windows logo) winkey+pause/break, and take a screenshot of that window and post here. or press winkey+R and type dxdiag and click on ok, if a message appears press ok and take a screenshot of the window that appears and post here.

Your Intel Pentium G645 can only support up to OpenGL 3.1 under Windows.
Under Linux you should get OGL 3.3 support but with the iGPU you probably need to fallback to software rendering which can be too slow for many games but that depends.

If you don’t like to try Linux and use a second operation system than there is nothing else for you other than getting a dedicated GPU for your computer or a whole new computer.

How can i make linux on my Pc and what change that on my pc???

#15

citra needs OpenGL 3.3 to run, your pc only supports OpenGL 3.1 on windows, but with linux you can achieve OpenGL 3.3 (works, but no optimal).

if you need help on how to install linux you need to ask on another forum like: https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/

there are many forums that can help you with that.

otherwise do as @Regai said:

You can’t. You will need to buy a new computer to use Citra.
