Citra installer is not launching

Issue:
Recently, I directly deleted Citra because the maintenance tool is not launching. Then, it always not launching when I try to open the installer or manually download Citra.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Education 1909
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
  • GPU: RX 550 2GB
