Citra Installer not Launching

Issue:
I’ve tried using the installer, but nothing happens when I try to launch it. Please let me know what I can do to assist in troubleshooting this issue

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home 20H2 19042.1466 Windows Feature Experience Pack 129.2212.3920.0
  • CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz
  • GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): N/a
  • Game: N/a
  • Screenshot of Issue (include the full Citra window including titlebar):

This was also in the logs folder:

Sorry, you’re saying the installer isn’t launching, yet you have logs that are only generated when launching Citra. I’m not sure I’m following here. How can you have logs of an installed Citra version if the Citra installer won’t launch?

If you’re referring to Citra itself not launching. Make sure you’re launching citra-qt.exe and not citra.exe.
