Citra instantly closes when I try to open a game

Issue: Citra can’t open ROM
This started to happen when my laptop inadvertently crashed and automatically restarted itself. Prior to that, Citra was working just fine. Now, whenever I try to open said game below, the game just freezes before closing instantly as if closed by Task Manager.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

PS: I’ve tried reinstalling Citra and the ROM but neither seems to work.

PS: I’ve figured that the problem was the ROM. Problem now is, I’ve re-installed the ROM regardless of how many times and it doesn’t work for some reason. I’ve already re-downloaded the ROM 3 times and it didn’t work.

You shouldn’t need to redownload it from the Nintendo eShop :confused: make sure you have enough free space on your SD card before you dump your copy of the game.
