Citra is not loading proplery

Issue:
i click citra to run it it appears on my task bar if i hover over it, it shows a little window of the app and my games but if i click it nothing happens. im not very tech savy so im not sure how to fill out all the other stuff my bad or where to find it

im on windows

i installed at the beginning of the year but i did a update for it earlier and thats when the problems started

i cant get a log cause the app wont open

Do you perhaps have a multiple monitor set-up?
