In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
It seems you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading citra_log.txt which would clear the log. Redo the steps to get a new log and make sure you have started the game before you close Citra. You can also upload the “old” log.
so I found post with the same problem but using an intel igpu and one of the moderator gave him an old build i tried that build and everything is working now ( nightly 1392 ) the game is working without slow downs res x5 so I dont know if something is triggerd in the new builds in my sys

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
Set CPU clock back to 100%. You currently are using 25% which makes emulation unstable.
You have a lot of memory read/write errors which are a sign of a corrupted rom. Try redump the game by following the guides below. Make sure you have enough free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card:
