Citra keeps crashing or black screening after update

Issue:
Last week while I was on Nightly Build 1866, I had little issues with booting and playing games. However after updating to Nightly Build 1868, my Citra either crashes or black screens, with the black screens only happening when I change to native window size.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
  • CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
  • GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 Super
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 1868
  • Game: Fire Emblem Awakening, Fates, Shadows of Valentia and any other games

We’re aware of the issues and working on fixing them. Please use Nightly 1866 for now (still don’t use auto internal resolution on that build though).

Download citra-windows-mingw-20230326-9ef4204.7z from Release nightly-1866 · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub Extract it using winrar or 7zip. Then launch citra-qt(.exe) found inside of the extracted folder.
