The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

so when the citra not responding i need to copy the log as fast as i can?

No, please read my instructions again, carefully this time, speed isn’t part of it. Your log file is still incomplete, meaning you either relaunched Citra before uploading your log file, or you didn’t close Citra after encountering the crash. Make sure to also not have the log file open during this process.

i close the citra when its not responding then opening the log location and then copying the log file

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.

Try disabling Accurate Multiplication in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab.
