Citra Nightly 1733 Slow during cutscenes

Issue:
I’ve been trying to play Rhythm Thief, and though the game runs at 100% speed, 30fps in gameplay, I can’t seem to get it to do the same in cutscenes. I’ve tried just about every solution and none of them have worked. I’ve enabled and unenabled vSync, hardware shaders and dump textures, increased and decreased the CPU Clock Speed, deleted the opengl folder, and still nothing.

  • The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.

Looks like I just had to decrease the CPU Clock speed more during cutscenes.
