Citra Nightly 2022 (Not Responding)

Whenever I try to load Citra, I get an error of (Not Responding), and it gets stuck until I use Task Manager. Is there a workaround? I can’t create a log because of this, and I can’t do any other inputs on Citra-qt other than sending in anonymous data that they request.

I have reinstalled this app multiple times, and it never works. I can’t access any of the menu items either.

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
  • GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): 2022

Try updating your iGPU driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-7-mobile-processors-radeon-graphics/amd-ryzen-7-5800h

This unfortunately does not work, and AMD said my computer is not compatible with the downloaded software from your link. Thank you for sending me the link though.

Can you screenshot the error? I gave you the exact link for the hardware you listed. So it should most definitely be compatible.

I do have NVIDIA GeForce Drivers (to play other games), so that might be the conflict.

Hmmm, that shouldn’t be the case. Please right click on your Windows start button, and select Device manager. Open up the Display adapters tab and tell me what it says there (or upload a screenshot)
