Citra Nightly/Canary on Linux?

I’m running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I’ve followed the instructions here for building Citra, but I was hoping to try a nightly or canary build in hopes of increased performance in a certain ROM hack. The problem is, when I tried using the installer and then running the file named “citra” (within a few directories), I get missing dependencies thrown at me.

How would I alter the process to use a nightly or canary build? I haven’t the slightest clue how to pull the source from a different branch or whatever it would be.

System Information

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  • CPU: Pentium 4405U (not great)
  • GPU: Intel Integrated 510 (not great)

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

I feel dumb. I had the answer one page scroll away after maybe an hour of searching. Now I just gotta figure out how to close this thread.
