It says citra has stopped working right after the opening cutscene, whether i skip or let it play

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
Please follow the guide. Upload the log file. Not the contents of the log file.
Also make to not restart Citra before uploading the log file after encountering the crash, as that wipes all the important data from the log file.
so i keep citra open the entire time? also how do i upload a file?
The first log is automatically wiped once you boot Citra for the second time. As per the instructions in step 1, open the log file location and keep that window open while playing the game. Once the game crashes, close Citra (if Citra doesn’t also crash), and then upload the log file here. All you have to do is drag and drop the log file into the thread window. Hope that clears things up for you.
