Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • You have GDB debugging enabled. This will cause Citra not to launch games. This is only intended for debugging purposes and should be disabled in settings.

Thanks, after i disabled GDB everything went back to normal, but the game works slower, i’ll try to find solution for that.

Upload a new log, maybe we can spot something new

GPU Driver Version: Build 10.18.10.4358

These drivers are outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.33.50.5129.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29473/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=72055
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29473/a08/win64_15.33.50.5129.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Enable Disk Shader Cache it helps with some stutters. Keep Accurate Multiplication on or there will be bugs with the disk shader cache.

Tywald, i did everything you wrote, but now Citra freezes during the loading screen and i wont be surprised if it did because Disk Shader Chache, but just in case here’s the log file:

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

Ok, to fix Disk Shader Cache open Citra then File->Open Citra Folder then open shaders folder and delete opengl folder.

Thanks, i did that and the problem was solved and the game works faster now.

I have two problems that started to occur after all i did:
1.during battles the sprite of my Pokemon starts to flash at some points.
2.when i save screenshots Citra either crashes right away or after a few minuts.

i dont mind the first problem that much, but there are some battles i want to record and i dont want the sprites to flash in them.

Yes, I have the flashing bug as well. There is not really anything we can do about it because Intel HD 4000 does not support like:

WARNING: 1:2: '#extension' : 'GL_ARB_shader_image_load_store' is not supported
WARNING: 1:3: '#extension' : 'GL_ARB_shader_image_size' is not supported

So basically you will have to live with it or buy a new computer with modern parts: e.g Ryzen 3 3100(will be coming out next month, 4 cores, 8 threads for $100, and is Zen 2 so very good IPC(Instructions per clock/cycle) which is important for games). It will be excellent for budget shoppers. Pair that with like GTX 1650 Super if there is any in stock $160. Avoid Radeon, unless you don’t mind dual booting Linux.
B550 motherboards will be coming out in June however which you would most likely want for that CPU.

And what about the second problem with Citra crashing after i save a screenshot?

What do you use when taking screenshots? Print screen or Citra’s own screenshot feature?

Capture Screenshot option from Citra.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.
