Citra not compatible in Android 10 device and Chromebook

Issue:
Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
I have a Nokia 2.4 and Chromebook. My Nokia 2.4 is having OS Android 10. I also have a Chromebook. But in both devices, Citra is not compatible at all. Even when I try to install the Citra Android app, the official build, the app is not installing, saying ‘App not installed’ or ‘Parse error’. Is there a reason behind this? Is there any other requirement? Hope the issue will be solved. Thank you.

Minimum requirements are 64-bit Android 8 or newer and OpenGL ES 3.2 support.

You can download & install AIDA64 on Google Play then check the CPU, Android and Display tabs if you meet these requirements.

If it says (32-bit mode) in the CPU tab, it means while your CPU supports 64-bit architecture, the manufacturer decided to install a 32-bit version of Android on your device.
