Citra not opening

Citra is not starting. When I look at the process in Task Manager it gets suspended almost immediately and then closes. I’ve tried disabling Windows Defender for it, reinstalling it, and running it as an administrator. I’ve also tried doing the “RestoreHealth” thing in Command Prompt and there was nothing wrong, but Citra still gets suspended. Citra use to work perfectly on the laptop I’m currently using, but I stopped using Citra for about a year and now it’s having problems. Can someone please help? I’m not very tech savvy
