The log is getting cut off but let’s make sure your drivers are up to date:

Download win64_15.33.50.5129.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29473/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=71469
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29473/a08/win64_15.33.50.5129.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Also do this:

  1. File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

me too!!!

Disable Dump Textures in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab → This option is only useful for those that are interested in creating their own custom textures.
You may also want to delete all the textures it’s dumped so far: Go to File>Open Citra Folder, then open up the dump folder and delete the textures folder found here (this will delete all dumped textures for all of your games).

Sorry for the late reply. If you still need help, I’d recommend a redump. Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Dumping Game Cartridges
Dumping Installed Titles

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.

Could you please provide more information about your issue. Just your log file doesn’t tell us much:

Please reply with this template completely filled out:

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

Thank you!

My Citra stops responding when I try to open Alpha Sapphire. The loading screen speeds through in like 1 second instead of taking 3-4 seconds to “load” to 100% and then the program stops responding. I’ve tried redownloading Citra Nightly or Canary multiple times, restarting computer, and updating graphics drivers (which made the program work once more and never again).

Reset the Disk Shader Cache by deleting the shaders\opengl folder which you can access from File -> Open Citra Folder. Make sure Citra is closed before deleting the opengl folder.
