Issue:
Hi, i cant run games on Citra, when i launch a game, its just stuck at the first pixels of the game, its not instantly closes nut just stuck, 0 fps. I remembered i tried citra before and it ran well but this time idk the problem. I had reinstalled the software many times but its the same.
Ive also downloaded a game with a small file size just to check whether if its my device or just the game im trying to play. If we`re talking about emulation, my laptop held pretty well on other emulators. Thank you in advance for your help
Your log is incomplete.
The log file gets cleared each time you open Citra. So after you encounter an issue don’t open Citra again before uploading the log file.
It looks like it’s crashing, try turn off Hardware Renderer in the Advanced graphics options then try start the game and close Citra then upload a new log and we should get more information.
Hi! thank you guys for your help, I disabled the hardware renderer and it didnt crashed anymore, tho im getting solid 10 fps. Id like to know if my laptop is the problem or i just need to tick some settings on/off. Thank you again in advance
Turn Hardware Renderer, Hardware Shader and Disk Shader Cache back on.
The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.
Keep Accurate Multiplication enabled.
