Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

GPU Driver Version: 10.18.10.3349

This driver is outdated, you will need to update it.

Download win64_15.33.53.5161.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29969/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29969/a08/win64_15.33.53.5161.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Your iGPU has driver bugs so you should use this older build until you buy a new computer: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-1392

I AM USING A LAPTOP .how can i change the gpu!

You can’t. When you buy a laptop, you are stuck with whatever it comes with. Sometimes laptops can have a discrete GPU like Nvidia. You can check in Device Manager under Display adapters if you have one.

The only thing you can “upgrade” pretty much in a laptop is RAM & storage (like changing from HDD to SSD).

It is possible to add an external GPU if you have a Thunderbolt port but that would be expensive so it’s better to build a gaming PC instead :stuck_out_tongue:

Did you update the drivers? Upload a new log file if you are still having problems.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

It looks like you didn’t update the drivers yet:

you just said we cant change gpu of a latop. then what should i do. all the game xy,oras, usum were working before.then all of a sudden, it started showing black screen

Did you update the drivers? Upload a new log if you are still having issues.

can you tell me why all of a sudden the games stopped working

There can be many reasons why. Make sure you followed https://community.citra-emu.org/t/citra-not-running-showing-black-screen/351928/3 and use the suggested build.

Upload a new log after you have done that so I can verify that the drivers are updated and you are using Nightly 1392.

ok i did but nothing happened.instead now the game is just loading

I need a new log in order to help you.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

Disable cheats, restart Citra (important, otherwise they remain active) and then try your game again.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • CPU JIT should be enabled for the best performance. Please enable this option.
  • You have GDB debugging enabled. This will cause Citra not to launch games. This is only intended for debugging purposes and should be disabled in settings.

ok i did that and now it showing citra_log.txt (22.5 KB)
