Citra program crash when playing the game

Issue:
Citra crash when playing Pokemon Ultra sun. I want to upload the citra_log.txt when I encounter the accident but the program closes automatically. I can just upload the file when playing the game normally before the accident. Plz help!!!

The log file guide mentions that you can just upload the log file, regardless of whether Citra crashes or not. Make sure to follow the log file guide steps to the letter, you should already have the log file folder open in the background before Citra crashes so you don’t need to start up Citra again after it has crashed (starting up Citra afterwards would wipe the log file of the crash info).
