When I click on citra-qt.exe, my pc works but nothing launches whereas following the installation it started.

Do you have any controller connected to your computer? Try disconnect it and other USB devices(if needed) to see if Citra is able to start.

If you can start Citra without having it connected to your computer then unfortunately at this time you cannot
What is the name of your controller? A photo of the front and back would be nice so we can see the model number etc.
I can start Citra without a controller but when I connect it, Citra stoped.
