Citra-qt.exe has stopped working

Hi! I am new and I am trying to play Pokemon X on my laptop but as soon as I load the ROM file the message, “Citra-qt.exe has stopped working” appears. I tried rebooting but it didn’t help. I hope that you could help me find a solution for this.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 7
    AMD A4-3305M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 GHz
    RAM 4GB
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Canary 1174
  • Game: Pokemon X

Your log is incomplete, go to Emulation > Configure > General > Debug and change ‘Global Log Filter’ from *:Critical to *:Info, run your game and when citra crashes close citra and don’t open again at this point, open the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\citra\log and upload your log again.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

Your GPU driver is likely outdated, download and install the latest driver available for your GPU from AMD’s website.

I was about to update you guys on the situation. Earlier, I updated my drivers and now it’s working perfectly. Thank you! :slight_smile:

I had also thay problem but it was not working as well.
