For now, upload a log to like Google Drive then link it here. Make sure you give it public access.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Done! Thanks for the help!

It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log

You should be able to upload it here now without using Google Drive (unless the log is too large).

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
  • CPU JIT should be enabled for the best performance. Please enable this option.

You have old drivers, you should update. Do these steps:

  1. Download Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta from https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-6000-series/amd-radeon-hd-6350 under Windows 7 64-bit
  2. Download and install DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
  3. Run DDU in Safe Mode to wipe the current Radeon (AMD) drivers.
  4. Install the Crimson drivers that you downloaded in Step 1.

I tried to update my drivers a few months ago but my computer doesn’t recognize them, so I think is better forget about Citra ;-; . But thanks for the help anyway.

The steps I provided didn’t work at all?

The problem isn’t the steps, is my computer. It’s made by dell and have specifical drivers to use and doesn’t recognize others

Fair enough, I think this is the first time (for me) where it didn’t work for someone :stuck_out_tongue: But you tried the steps and your computer just rejected them?

I did the same thing in january and my computer rejected the drivers and when I installed the old drivers it recognized .

P.S: Sorry for the bad english, I’m brazilian and I have basic knowledge about the language.

I see, too bad :frowning: it would be great if you could try again but show me screenshots for each step (can make an album at like imgur: https://imgur.com/) so I can at least see why. If you don’t wanna do it then fair enough.

I’ll try it again on Saturday and take prints for you, but I think it will not work. Thanks for the help, you’re being amazing!

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
