Citra-qt has stopped working

Issue:
I recently switched tablets - Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - due to the USB port being broken. I was hoping to be able to transfer the save files over, but ran into an issue before even trying to. When I open a game, it either doesn’t load at all, or loads briefly and then crashes when I press any key with the message “citra-qt has stopped working”. I installed it the same both ways, so I’m not sure what the issue might be.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-6300U
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): HEAD-08b119
  • Game: All games - the ones that I play in particular, Rune Factory 4, Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns…
