Issue:
Citra quit unexpectedly every time when I load the cci file. I’ve tried different versions of citra and different games, it all seems the same issue. I have also enabled Accurate Multiplication, but it doesn’t work

Diagnostic Log
Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping. citra_log.txt (18.2 KB)
Go to Emulation>Configuration>System and set the CPU Clock Speed back to 100%. You shouldn’t be touching this slider unless you know what you’re doing.
Please set up a portable Citra build to rule out any issues with your regular Citra installation:
Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download. Then under Nightly Build, click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) and put it where ever you wish. Inside the extracted mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder.
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder.
My operating system is Macos, after I download the lateset build, I cannot find the mingw folder, so I don’t know where to create the folder user. The following is the screenshot of what I can see in the extracted folder.
I need help, my citra just blackscreens me after loading pokemon X immediately. I have tried every configuration of accurate multiplication and JIT on/off. It continuously loads blackscreens or the loading bar keeps loading forever. here is my log citra_log.txt (13.5 KB)

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
When GDB stub is enabled, the loading bar loads forever and the game fps information is displayed, as if it is running the game but not loading. When I disable GDB stub, it loads then blackscreens before I can see anything and there is no fps or anything in bottom right where the game information is as if the game hasn’t even run at all.
Go to Emulation>Configuration>General and select Reset All Settings. Now start your game again and see if the issue remains. If it does, upload another log file.
