A lot of the time when i have an encounter, or it happened a lot after the very first rival battle, id win then it would shut down
Ok, it doesn’t happen randomly but in specific cases?
those are the instances ive pinpointed, like usually before or after an event (choosing starter, DexNav, Oldale town tour), but like its always prefaced by immense slowing down that causes frozen screen and then the rainbow loading icon replaces the cursor and then it disappears
On Windows, Intel HD 4000 & 5000 series have number of issues and these older GPUs also don’t seem to like the Split Presentation Thread change which can cause a crash randomly due to a driver bug (and I guess Intel won’t fix that anytime soon). Maybe it is the same on macOS.
You can check if one of these two builds work to determine if that is the case:
yep perfect, all is working well now, thank you so much
