That is dithering, and it’s built into the game engine, it’s possible to turn off with a cheat code but might introduce banding.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
I have problem with all settings on/off and all version of Citra.
On Android Custom version, this problem not exist.

I haven’t published this code before so here goes, it’s a modified MH3U code that mikewii7 first made on gbatemp.
Removes dithering and FSAA(“3D display”).
The code was made for EU version.
any reason you capped it to 95% speed? if you are using keyboard perhaps you accidentally pressed
- which would decrease speed by 5%, press
+ once to get it back to 100%.
