Citra running extremely slow for no apparent reason:
I just got this emulator in order to play the 3d zelda game remakes for the first time. I installed Ocarina, but every time I try to load it it always plays ridiculously slowly, 8 fps. Changing graphics settings seems to do nothing. My system isn’t the most powerful, but it’s still powerful enough to run modern games decently well, so I have no clue what the problem could be.

My only guess would be that, when I got the rom, it was labbled “(Rev 1)”. Does this version of the game just run slow? Or something??

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
  • LLE Audio is designed for debugging purposes. Using this option will slow down your game. Try changing to HLE audio.

Switch your audio emulation from LLE to HLE in emulation>configuration>audio.
