Citra runs slow now all of the sudden

I hope someone can help me with this problem: today I played Inazuma Eleven 3 Team Ogre Attacks and it was running just fine, with either 100% speed when I limited it or around 145% when I let it go to it’s fastest. The only times it runs slow were during special moves, but this has always been like this.
But just a few minutes ago I downloaded the update and now it is always around 70% speed or around 50%, so can anyone help me/tell me what is going on/what I need to do?

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

And the version I upgraded to was version 1420. Now I updated it to 1561, but for that one it is exactly the same. And pokemon ultra sun and pokemon omega ruby have the same issue on my computer right now…

Never mind anymore, it works best with a charger plugged in. Cause without, it gets in a mode with won’t allow so much energy to be used.
