Citra stopped working after i've played normally for days

Citra was working just fine for days, i’ve finished pokemon Y with no problem then i started playing pokemon omega ruby and when i was in the middle of the game
suddenly the emulator stopped working as usual.

It happens when i launch the game and the FPS drops to 0, the game just frozes on the first frame and the emulator gets really slow i can’t even go to config or anything.

I tried to remove citra and installing again but the problem remains. Please help!!
