Citra uninstalled itself and refuses to reinstall

Citra worked perfectly until today, the 13th. On the 11th, I started Pokemon X, and closed both the game and Citra as I do always. Opening my computer on the 13th, the shortcut ceased to display the Citra icon, and upon opening it, it prompted me to delete the shortcut; I did not get a screenshot of this. I attempted to reinstall Citra and was given the error below, even running as admin. Clicking ‘Ignore’ will appear to complete the install, but no shortcut appears and there is no way to open Citra. Any help would be appreciated

Run the installer as an administrator. If that still does not work, make sure that you’re actually the administrator on your device.
