Citra will no longer open

Issue:
I updated citra and now it wont open anymore, i just get a white loadingscreen. I have reinstalled multiple versions, deleted everything in the roaming folder, my drivers are up to date, i dont have anti virus stuff messing with it. I changed it to run on win7 and 8. I dont have a log file because it doesn’t open.

Cant give you a log ive been trying to fix this for hours

Double check, probably just reinstall: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-9-mobile-processors-radeon-graphics/amd-ryzen-9-4900hs

Has fixed for others with Ryzen APUs.
