Citra won't launch game

Issue:
Last night I was able to play Tomodachi Life perfectly fine without any major issues, but now I can’t, as I am greeted with the message “A fatal error occured. Check the log for details.” Can anyone help me relaunch this game? I don’t want to have to start over because I already have a lot of miis on my island that I dont want to have to recreate. I tried so much, and I still can’t find a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
