Citra won't open at all

Issue:
Its not mine that isn’t working but a friends. It used to work fine then one day stopped. We tried things from reinstalling Citra to resetting his whole computer and can’t figure our why it doesn’t work. Any help would be great. It doesn’t open at all, just loads for a sec then doesn’t.

Your log filter is currently set to *:Critical which is incorrect, you must set it to *:Info
Go to %appdata%\Citra\config, open qt-config.ini in like notepad and scroll down to log filter and change it from *:Critical to *:Info, save and close afterwards.

Try open Citra again and upload a new log.

Make sure Windows is updated (open Windows Update and click search), you can type winver into the search box (near the Start). Many people have issues with 1909 version.
