I found some issues in that log that need resolving:

  • You are running default Windows drivers for your GPU. You need to install the proper drivers for your graphics card from the manufacturer’s website.

How do i find out what is the proper manufacturer

i opened my computer and saw that it is actually integrated into the mother board

Press Winkey + R and type `dxdiag, press enter, if a dialog box shows up just click ok, on the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on the Display tab, post the Name, Manufacturer and Chip Type. since this is configurable pc setup it can have two integrated graphics.
