Citra won't start the game

Issue:
When I open Citra and start the game, a black screen appears with the loading wheel but then closes everything. For a few days the game worked just fine then it started doing this.

  • CPU: N4000 CPU @ 1.10GHz
  • GPU: UHD Graphics 600
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Canary 1605
  • Game: Animal Crossing New Leaf

i tried what you said and it doesn’t work, i have still the same problem

I’ve tried that and still doesn’t work, i also updated the gpu drivers but still nothing.

The log gets cleared each time you open Citra so make sure you do these steps to ensure it catches the issue:

  1. Open Citra then File->Open Citra Folder then log folder(keep this open in the background, do not close the folder).
  2. Start the game, then close Citra(don’t reopen or the log gets cleared so you have to do it again).
  3. Reupload the log here.
