ClCertA Missing

Citra crashes as soon as I try to load Pokemon Moon

I haven’t been able to load the game at all yet (I haven’t tried any other games). The log file says that I’m missing the ClCertA file, but I don’t know what that means. I downloaded the fatal error fix, but I don’t think that was the issue since it still didn’t work. I tried both Canary and Nightly. My computer is pretty old, but it runs other games like Skyrim, for example, perfectly fine.

P.S.- I’m not very good with computers, so if it could be explained to me in a really dumbed down way that would be great lol
