After a random time playing a rom, the game and all process on my computer freeze, with exception to my mouse. I can open any software on my pc but cant use it as it freezes instantly.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a human moderator to assist.
Try clearing the shader cache. Go to File>Open Citra Folder, then open up the shaders folder and delete the opengl folder found here. Now try your game again and see if the freezing persists.
