Config just one game

Hello,

I would already like to thank the developers, I’m rediscovering a console!

I just had a question, is it possible to configure the resolution of a game in ini file? Or other ?
Example: I have a GPD Win 2, it accepts all games or almost in 720p (resolution 3x).
Captain toad is slow, I told myself that I can just put the resolution x2 without going through the parameters of citra.
In the Dolphin way, I would have liked to know if it was possible to do it.
