Controller not working in game

My contoller no longer works when I am in-game. Citra still reconizes my xbox wireless controller because I can change the controller layout and functions in the config menu, but for some reason does not work while in a game. Any help?

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): citra nightly 1719
  • Game: all my games
