Controls not working in Citra for PC

Issue:
I setup my XBOX controller for Citra and it works perfectly, however when I try and back out of the bag menu in Pokemon Sun the B button won’t work. I can navigate the bag just fine but B won’t work. Controller obviously works cuz I can remap the B button again, just nothing happens in game.

  • GPU: Iris Plus
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 1816
