Go to File>Open Citra Folder, then delete the shaders folder found here. Now try your game again.

the game started but it is slow 40/100

Old Intel CPU and an old AMD GPU. Not a good combo for Citra. Regardless, try going to Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab and disable Hardware Shaders. Now try your game again.

i tried it but it didnt improve the speed

Then you maybe once Vulkan is implemented you’ll have a bit better performance. Though, keep in mind that your CPU is still old, and rather low performance. So you’d be better off just upgrading your system to something from the last 5 years.
