I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a human moderator to assist.
It’s not a driver version issue, it’s something deeper in how AMD drivers work.
We increased the precision of MacroJIT in later versions to improve compatibility and that extra precision seems to break AMD Vulkan drivers on Windows.
Either use OpenGL or revert back to mainline 1188, here: https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu-mainline/releases/download/mainline-0-1188/yuzu-windows-msvc-20221002-61399de5d.zip
