Issue: Create Room Error
Whenever we create a public room it always ends up with an error. With or without password. But we’re having no trouble at all when joining public rooms created by other players. Why is this?

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
As it says in the message, make sure you have port forwarded correctly in your router. You can find generic tutorials here: https://portforward.com/router.htm
Try find your specific model there.
If you are unable to or are behind a NAT you can try Hamachi. Invite those you want to play with into your Hamachi network then host unlisted in Citra. Then the other players can join with “Direct Connect to Room” option in Citra (under Multiplayer menu), they just need to insert your Hamachi IP).
