Custom_layout keeps resetting

Issue:
The ‘custom_layout’ variable keeps resetting to ‘false’ everytime I start any game on Citra, I tried with the emulator opened and closed in order to modify and didn’t work, even on Read Only doens’t work. And the ‘/defaults’ keeps resetting to ‘true’ as well, I need help. (citra problem - Pastebin.com)

custom_layout\default=true

custom_layout=false

The default there should be set to False. Otherwise, the Custom Layout option will reset itself. Additionally, make sure that Citra is not open while you’re editing the config file. When Citra closes, it writes the current settings to the config file, so if you had written any custom values to it beforehand, they’ll get overwritten.
