D-pad UP and DOWN don't work on my Controller!

Issue:
I have a cheap controller https://www.amazon.com/JOYPAD-GAMEPAD-GAME-CONTROLLER-JOYSTICK-Windows/dp/B000ARSVD6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1493956273&sr=8-1&keywords=tremon+controller

I have tried a few of the controller configurations but it’s not completely working. The D-pad Up and Down don’t work!! Everything else works. Can anyone help me out with this - I’m new to Citra.

What are you binding your keys with? I’ve been using JoyToKey for awhile now and has no compatibility isssues on the controllers I’ve tested.

I was actually just configuring the config file. But I tried Joy2Key and it works fine that way. Thanks!!
