Date and time not working

Issue:
Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail. When i use date and time through pc settings on a game it doesn’t change the time i closed the game and reopened it and did nothing. Anyone know?

It may take some time before the game registers the change. That happens on original hardware as well iirc.
